06Sharing Your Data

• Payment Processors: GCash (GXI), Maya / PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Coins.ph, and other Philippine payment partners strictly as necessary to process financial transactions.
• KYC & Fraud Prevention Partners: Third-party identity verification and risk scoring services used to comply with PAGCOR KYC requirements and prevent fraud — these partners process data only on our instructions.
• Game Providers: JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and other software providers may receive a session token and anonymised player identifier to facilitate game launch and result logging. Full identity data is not shared with game providers.
• Regulatory & Law Enforcement Authorities: PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council, the National Privacy Commission, or Philippine law enforcement bodies, where disclosure is required by law or court order.
• Professional Advisers: Legal, compliance, and accounting professionals engaged by jiji18, subject to strict professional confidentiality obligations.

• Essential Cookies: Strictly necessary for Platform operation — these maintain your login session, remember your language preference, and enable secure page navigation. They cannot be disabled without affecting Platform functionality.
• Performance Cookies: Collect anonymised data on page load times, error rates, and navigation paths to help us improve Platform reliability. No personally identifiable information is collected through performance cookies.
• Functional Cookies: Remember your in-Platform preferences such as display settings and game category selections to provide a more personalised experience on your next visit.

08Data Security

Notwithstanding these measures, no data transmission over the internet is entirely secure. You should use strong, unique passwords for your jiji18 account and enable Two-Factor Authentication via Account Security Settings.

09Data Retention

jiji18 retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law:

• Active Account Data: Retained for the duration of your jiji18 account and for a period of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR record-keeping requirements.
• Financial Transaction Records: Retained for ten (10) years from the date of each transaction in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• KYC Documents: Retained for five (5) years following account closure or the completion of the transaction for which KYC was required.
• Customer Support Records: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the interaction unless the matter relates to an ongoing dispute or legal proceeding.
• Marketing Consent Records: Retained for the period during which consent is active, plus three (3) years following consent withdrawal to demonstrate compliance.

Following the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with NPC guidelines.

10Your Data Rights

As a data subject under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights in respect of your personal data held by jiji18:

• Right to be Informed: The right to know whether jiji18 holds personal data about you and, if so, to receive a copy of this Privacy Policy describing how it is processed.

11Children's Privacy

The jiji18 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. jiji18 does not knowingly collect, process, or retain personal data from persons under 21 years of age. If jiji18 discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, that account will be closed immediately, all data will be deleted, and any funds returned to the deposit source.

12International Data Transfers

jiji18 is a Philippine-focused platform and processes Member data primarily within the Philippines. However, some of our third-party service providers — including game software providers and cloud infrastructure partners — may be located outside the Philippines. In such cases, jiji18 ensures that adequate data protection safeguards are in place, consistent with the requirements of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and NPC guidelines on cross-border data transfers.

Specifically, data transfers to countries without equivalent data protection standards are governed by data processing agreements that include standard contractual clauses requiring the recipient to apply data protection measures equivalent to those required under Philippine law.

13Changes to This Privacy Policy

jiji18 reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, regulatory requirements, or Platform functionality. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised whenever the Policy changes.

Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or the way we process your personal data — jiji18 will notify registered Members via their registered email address or mobile number at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the jiji18 Platform after the effective date of a revised Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
