During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. jiji18 reserves the right to request documentary evidence (government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address) to verify your identity at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by jiji18 may result in suspension of withdrawal rights or account closure.
Each individual may register only one (1) jiji18 account. The opening of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is a breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of all balances and closure of all associated accounts without notice.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jiji18 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jiji18's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
jiji18 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:
Upon account closure for cause, jiji18 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where closure is due to verified illegal activity, jiji18 may be obligated to report the matter to PAGCOR and/or law enforcement and to retain funds as required by applicable law.
You may close your jiji18 account voluntarily at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any verified balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered Philippine payment method after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts not yet meeting wagering requirements.
If you believe that a bet has been settled incorrectly, or that a transaction on your account is inaccurate, you must notify jiji18 in writing at [email protected] within thirty (30) calendar days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated.
jiji18 will acknowledge your dispute within 72 hours and will endeavour to resolve it within fourteen (14) business days. Where the dispute involves a technical game outcome, jiji18 will request log data from the relevant game provider. The outcome of that technical review shall be final and binding on both parties.
If you remain dissatisfied following jiji18's internal dispute resolution process, you may escalate your complaint to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels. jiji18 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of jiji18 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
